Today's inaugaral inductee in the class of 2015, is defintely one of the most odd ball of heroes from the Golden Age of comics,

This guy was basically Ms. Doubtfire a good sixty years before Robin Williams ever dreamt of successfully dresing in drag.

Created by golden-age writer/artist Art Pinajian, the story goes that inventor, master stage actor and millionaire Richard Stanton became the "Madame Fatal" as a means to help himself find his kidnapped daughter.
He did so and thus, Madame Fatal was born.
Ever the master actor and customed performer, Stanton didn't stop becoming the crime-fighting version of Mrs. Doubtfire after finding his daughter. Nope. That cross-dressing sum/ bitch made himself a brand new career of it.
Well until 1956, when DC Comics bought out Quality Comics and their cast of comic book characters.
Fatal's only had a very sproradic few appearences after that, especially in the modern era, first appearing in a cameo in James Robinson and Paul Smith's beautifully done JSA Elseworlds story, The Golden Age in 1993.
A brief mention in passing by Wildcat in JSA#1(1999), and an appearence or two in Robinson's 2012 Shade Maxi-Series.
I seriously can't believe Grant Morrison hasn't used this nutjob yet. He's custom-made for Morrison.
As progressive no doubt as you were in creating Mrs.Fletcher(Murder She Wrote) on steriods....
