Yup, straight up like the title says, these are the top 10 X-men villains that deserve to be made in the next few X-Men waves, or how ever many Hasbro plans on pumping out, which I figure will be a good while seeing as how the line makes Hasbro hella' cash on the reg.
As for the qualifications, they have to be first-timers only, no remakes.

10). Black Tom Cassidy
Apparently he's returned in the comics, as has his long-time bromance with the Juggernaut, so now would be a good time to make him.
9). Sauron
Why not Sauron? I'd like to see him as a BAF, I guess a regular-sized ML figure will do too.
8). The Goblin Queen Madeline Pryor
7). The Mimic
6). The Silver Samurai
5). Mesmero
4). The Shadow King
It'd be a pretty timely addition due ton his appearance in the Legion TV show huh?
3). The Hellfire Club (Sebastian Shaw, Donald Pierce, Harry Leland, Selene, and Classic Emma Frost)
2). The Marauders (Scalphunter, Arclight, Prism, Vertigo, Harpoon, Riptide, and Blockbuster)
