"Hello?"

Brought to you today by popular demand and as an alternative take to yesterday's skit......

Ahh, brings a tear to my eye every time.

Plus after seeing that Starburst commercial, I'll never see the song the same way again...

"Isn't He Lovely?"

Just a short skit, but one I've been thinking about making ever since I bought them.
For some reason Stevie Wonder's song "Isn't She Lovely" just seemed appropriate.

As you can see since last we spoke, I've bought a few new ML figures. The new Caliban BAF Wave Beast, Forge (not shown) and Blink (also not shown) as well as the new Wendigo BAF Wave Nightcrawler figure.

My sister bought me the new ML Retrowave Wolverine figure

and the Marvel Treasury Collected Edition of Ed Piskor's Grand Design for my birthday.

This is his personal history remix project, a project made from love, and it shows. Highly recommend getting this and the sequel. They're well-worth buying and reading for both new and old X-Men fans alike.

"Our House. Is A Very, Very, Very Fine House..."

The End

I have no idea at all how Secret Wars will end, and who'll be what and where, but damn if a situation like this, especially for someone like T'Challa, wouldn't be funny as fuck.

"Blue"

So.......Today's Monday. Yeah!

No, not really, but yeah, let's hear it for fake enthusiasm eh?
Speaking of enthusiasm, Tax Day is tomorrow for those living on this side of the pond.
I'm not worried, but then I'm not the kind of lazy ass(though lazy I may be) who waits until the today or tomorrow to file a tax return. Christmas/holiday/birthday shopping I can see waiting until the last minute, if only because of time constraints. But tax returns? Just fucking do it and be done with it. Unless you like being audited by the IRS, then by all means, go for it.

Anyhoo.......

Today is the debut of a new skit, as is custom around here the beginning of each new week.
Today, I'm channeling the 90's, with this one-hit techno wonder by the German group Eiffel 65 and their one hit, "Blue".

Enjoy.

The End

Well Ted did ask a very good question. Who knew Blue Devil was such a cheapskate?

"Now Accepting Applications...."

Happy Hump Day people!!!!!!

So today's skit involves what I imagine an audition/interview for being on a team like say, the Illuminati must be like. You never know who'll show up looking to join.

Not to mention having to the one to actually be conducting said interviews. What a pain in the ass that must be.

Ladies and Gentlemen.........
Now accepting all Applications.......

The End

Extras:

"Closing time. You don't have to go home but you can't stay here."

Well..... I kinda always knew this day would come, and it sure has. It's been a hell of a ride, but it's time to for it end. Ti...
