Haha! Most of those made me laugh, one or two baffled me.
"Half and half" - I've no idea what you mean by that but over here, specifically where I'm from in the UK, it has a much more innocent meaning. "Half and half" is traditionally served with curry and means a half portion of rice with a half portion of chips (or fries to you)

A proper Half and Half over here is when you go 50/50 on oral sex and vaginal intercourse. You'll have to consult your local/regional sex worker on the going rates for one ;)
