@Shlomo: Appreciate it. And yeah I guess so. I don't know, I'm kinda unusually calm about all this. Usually I'd be calling for CN's head over this, and it should, but I'm not too surprised this happened. Once they pulled the shows when they did last year, I was wondering if ultimately they'd wind up being cancelled anyways, and they did.
Like I said on your comment's section, I'm hoping they keep the animated shorts going during the new block of shows, but I'm not holding my breath. I was wanting to see the conclusions of the Atom and 1930's Batman series, and outside of their own separate animated movie features, that might not happen now. In truth at this point with DC as a whole, I've become very frustrated and disappointed with hem and all their projects; The toylines, the movies, the comics, and now the cartoons. DC's just let Didio and Co. and the corporate higher ups just suck all the fun and mojo out of the place. Until a major regime overhaul is done, expect more of the same, if not worse.
And yeah, I hear that dude as well.
@Omega: Yep;) I tried as hard as I knew best, to simulate the smoke effects the gasses would take coming out of the guns. I guess there's always room for improvement, but I was happy how it turned out in the end.
Thanks God I never watched that movie by the way. I usually enjoy Seth Rogan and his movies, but not that one. It seems to me it was played mostly for laughs and not taken as seriously as it could've been.
at least you still have Arrow as far something new from DC to look forward to on a regular basis. for me, once YJ is gone i can they say that DC has nothing new on a regular basis for me to look forward to. aside from that i still feel YJ is the best comic book character based animated TV show ever. some of the animated are fine but it's not like i'm going to set my DVR and fast forward through the shit cartoon network programs to catch any DC shorts. added to that i was really starting to get into the Green Lantern cartoon so even that won't be around any more. this just all around sucks expect to see future posts bashing on cartoon network just like i do about the new DCU. by the way thanks for visiting the ROM blog i just heard something interesting about copy right laws which i go into some detail about in my reply to your comment. i'll be unloading on Marvel with my arsenal of angst over there soon i assure you. in the mean time Dale i'll leave you with this YJ season 3 trailer which contains some clips from upcoming episodes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPt8rTa_h1M

Watched that cool trailer, and I'm really excited now for the rest of the season. Static Shock, teen Apache Chief, Sportsmaster vs. Black Manta, oh shit does all that look good. Not to mention the possible reveal of the Martian Beetle character who I'm thinking, might either be a good white martian, or The Martian Manhunter in disguise checking in on the kids. We'll see huh?
there's actually 3 other Rom specific blog sites out there that i know of. but they're all updated pretty infrequently at best and one of em pretty much looks like it was abandoned by it's author early last year. then there's an actual Rom web site but it's more of a data base of Rom related information then it is a social forum save perhaps the live Twitter feed it has. then there's at least a few blogs i know of that are pretty heavy in Rom related content as well. as far as that season 3 trailer goes it intimates and so much cool stuff yet to come for the remainder of this final season. the showdown between Sportsmaster and Black Manta is building up to be especially awesome. you can bet OA1 will have a lot to say about it :)
