Welcome to another edition of So, Who Would Win? where I pit characters and/or teams of characters be it heroes or villains, against each other for my amusement.
Continuing on with the Halloween theme this week, I'm forcing monster to fight monster, sci-fi and mystical horrors to fought each other because I can.
Today I'm pitting werewolf against werewolf with the sci-fi created Man-Wolf battling his magical counterpart, the Werewolf By Night.
NASA Astronaut Captain John Jameson (son of Daily Bugle publisher J. Jonah Jameson) found himself transformed into a cosmic werewolf after wearing a necklace he made out of a gemstone he found on a the moon during a secret space mission. The ruby gemstone fused to his throat and turned him into Man-Wolf on and off for a number of years.
Jack Russell became the Werewolf By Night due to a long-standing mystic curse passed down throughout his family. He simply inherited the curse, despite attempts to keep it from occurring and became a werewolf.
I really wasn't sure, but it doesn't look like these two have ever really mixed it up before in a fight. Now sure they have met and teamed up before during the infamous Capwolf storyline back in the early 90's, but that's about all the contact they've had, which is really, really surprising to me.
With that being said I'm sure a fight between the two would be every bit as feral and nasty as I'd imagine a fight between two alpha male werewolves would be.
Let's go ahead and compare their respective stats shall we?
-Man-Wolf:

-Werewolf By Night:

From the looks of it, they're pretty damn evenly-matched.
The only extra power or advantage that John seems to has is energy manipulation, but that's it. Otherwise it's anyone's game as far as I'm concerned.
So,
Man-Wolf
Werewolf By Night
Who wins and why?
Let me know who think would wind up being the last werewolf standing in this one in the comments' section.
