Poor Ray Right?
Seriously, DC has really dicked around a lot of former DC mainstays, and poor Ray here's definitely seen his share of heartache and bullshit heaped on him for a good while. In fact, on top of all that, I even think he might not have ever been The Atom in the new rebooted universe, because there's a female one instead. Hell, I bet even Ryan Choi doesn't exist either.

Has the Atom ever punched someone in the nethers? Cause that could be a really good thing to pull out in battle. I don't remember it happening, but it very well could have. I should google it.

I always thought they could have made Atom way more powerful than they did. A la Invisible Woman powerful. But they put limits on him, and alas, fucked with him too much. I'd be pissed too.
Poor boy.
He really didn't get any respect.
At least he doesn't sleep with the fishes.
I don't know if he has or not. He's probably to nice to have ever done that to someone, no matter how much they deserved it. Like maybe the CIA agents responsible for killing his tiny girlfriend and her people.
Or even his psycho-ex Jean Loring, after Identity Crisis.
His early Silver Age days seemed to define his powers, but considering how he all saw his ex, Jean Loring kill Sue, there's no telling the real limits and extent the Atom could use his powers, given the story.
The Atom has been thru it, but Hell, at least he gets rotation. And he got a cool ass DC short.
