That Original Sin business...ugh. I'm guessing it was editorially mandated, and they had to write around it. But it would be cool to see Beta Ray Bill look for justice!
@Googum: Oh most definitely it was. And all as a means of sweeping the memory and image of old nick away in favor of the movie version.
I kinda get they don't want to deal with the confusion from people who just watch the movies and play the games, but that's really insulting our collective intelligence to not be able to tell the difference between the two.
The "event" showed promise at first in the form if a murder mystery, as well as promising to reveal "horrible" secrets from the past.
I guess it was a case of nice idea, but really bad execution.
Yeah that would be cool if characters like Bill were shown to be gunning for Nick.
That might have explained away a lot of the hostile invasions by different alien races over the years.
It was all revenge for what Fury did.
