A throwdown between Robotman and Star Boy would be ideal, tho Im still miffen at Thom's passing in the last LSH reboot, and marked only by a piss-poor plinth on Shanghalla; even Dreamy putting her finger up to her lips vin a gesture of sexual rememberance didn't satiate me. Lord knows how Cliff would ever manage, he only has a brain, shades of the Tim Man.
Wish the LSH and Doom Patrol would come back ggggrrrrr....

@Karl: A showdown huh? I might have to give it to Thom just based off powers alone. What's left of poor Cliff's brain would be forced down right through his body, killing him instantly......until Dr. Niles clones him and brings him back of course.

I'd love to see the DP return, but I'm very afraid of just how bad they'll be handled. If the LSH didn't fare well, especially considering how much more popular/fan-following it has, I can't even imagine the fate in store for the Doom Patrol. As it is, they're sorta back anyways if you happened to read the 1st or 2nd issue of the Forever Evil event mini, with Niles' wife, Araina leading.

"Poop" (chortle). Hardcase, lastnight at a work thing I giggled when a lady referred to her husband's "weenie". Sometimes the roads people take to avoid terms are more humourous and attention catching than the real things. Weenie - like you have to make a size joke too? :)

Starman uses gravity too to probably suck in his beer gut. Now that's him explained, time to figure out Batman's almost 75 year old figure.

I'd love DP to return to. Especially if Elasti-Girl was in her classic outfit. Sure impractical but as a visual it works so well. Only a few years left to get Sigorney Weaver cast in the movie version too :)

@Dan: That's so true. Hey, at least it provides the rest of us with endless fodder for amusement. The explanation for why Batman stays fit? Because he's the Goddamn Batman that's why! lol

Sigourney Weaver as Elasti-Girl? She's too old now. During the 80's, and maybe 9's yeah, but now? Naww. Not sure who off the top of my head, but I'm sure there's a decent starlet to do the role justice. Hell Reese Witherspoon(even as a voice) already did Elasti-Girl in Monsters Vs. Aliens.

Heehee, you wrote poop. A lot. You know, I'll bet superheroes use their powers for a lot more things like this than they ever let us know. I mean, hell, why not? I'd use them to eat more chicken and waffles.
Which begs the question...just how much of that is a little autobiographical, Dale? Anything in your beard?
It's sad that Sigourney Weaver is too old for that. I think the chick from Resident Evil whose name I can never write correctly (Mila something) would be good. She's buff, pretty, and bendy. As we've seen in Fifth Element.

@Ging: Sadly no. Nothing in my beard except a weird patches of white in there. No not a touch of gray, but solid, albino white. Yeah pretty much makes me older than I am.

Milla Jovovich huh? Yeah I guess I could buy that, or some other solid female actress.

I'll have to get that Forever Evil mini as up to now I only have issue one, so look forward to that.
The last DP series was rather good imo, the one just before the DC nu52 reboot.

Yeah Sig (because in the 80's everyone smoked her) is a bit past the role now. I like Random's bendy idea, bendy is good.

As for white in a beard, I reckon thats just friction burns rather than age Dale. Patting your beard repeatedly while thinking up these great skits has to leave an impact somehow ;)

@Karl: Yeah, you damn right it was great! Giffen really has a knack for writing about characters when they're considered B/C-list. My favorite issues from the last DP series, were the origin spotlight issues, #'s 7, 13, and 21(?).

@Dan: Ha ha, thanks mate. I like that one some much I'll use it from here on it.....right after I a explain what a skit is and how playing my toys is involved;)

Anyone wants an explanation on what you do, Dale (as in bringing joy and laughter to us nerds in a most inappropriate delightful way) all you needs do is point them to us. We'll give them the low down.

@Random: Oh I will. Who else to explain what I do than you guys?;)
