In case you haven't heard the news from the 2018 New York Comic Con, we're one step closer to completing Jim Lee's Iconic Blue Team X-Men. Let's face it, it IS pretty damn iconic. I mean who's costume designs were used for the FOX X-Men Animated series back in the 90's? Sure as hell wasn't John Byrne or Dave Cochran, or hell even Neal Adams.
Nope instead the studio execs went then current hot comic book artist, Jim Lee.
I still love his Marvel X-Men Collection, 3-issue limited series.
Even though it's really just a stapled magazine version of the same Jim Lee X-Men cards. Basically.
But I digress.
Anyhoo, They just announced that the Jim Lee-era Jubilee is coming out next year, as is Forge, so yeah, we're getting there to an all-Jim Lee X-Men toy roster.
(Oh and Night Thrasher too! And not just Night Thrasher, but classic 90's Night Thrasher)
Who's left?
Let' see.....
10). Jim Lee Dazzler
9). Jim Lee Longshot
8). Maverick
7). Jim Lee's Beast
6). Shadow King
5). Jim Lee Colossus
4). Jim Lee Storm
3). Jim Lee Mojo
2). Jim Lee Banshee
1). ???????
I honestly have no clue who else to include because Jim Lee didn't design the Peter David-era X-Factor costumes did he? Someone look into that for me, but I don't think he did.
So honestly, that's all who's left that would be considered a part of the Jim Lee-era as far as the Marvel Legend X-Men collection goes.
