"I'm Going Through Changes".....

TGIT!!!!!!

So first things first.

Depending on both my mood and work load, I'm thinking I'll cut my average posting to about twice a week.
Yes, this has been coming down the pike for awhile now. Especially since I'm busy trying to letter and finish up the pages to the first issue of Kansas.

So for the foreseeable future, I see myself sticking to posting skits instead of the usual 2nd half of the week "fluff articles" I've been posting.

Not that they aren't fun when I'm all in the mood to type em' up. Just not feeling it like I used to.
Anyhoo, that's the new change for The House, starting next week.

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere.
Just focusing more on what brought me to the dance so to speak, is all;)

And of course I'm going to pimp the ever-lovin' shit out of Grindhorse Studios and Kansas.
Naturally.

Hell, here's some preview pics to help soothe you guys during this tumultuous time.......

A finished Page 4

And here's me Swag:

-Moon Knight#2(really good read so far)
- Avengers#27 (digging the alternate world Avengers A.I.M. brought to this one.)
-Earth 2#22
-Saga#18(People I implore you to give this series a try)
-Starlight#2(I admit, I talked shit about Millar basically doing his version of Flash Gordon/Buck Rogers. He is, but its done very well, and very un-Millar like in certain parts. Highly Recommended

And here's my beauties, and future stars of my upcoming skits,
the new Baron Zemo figure, and Bizzaro from the Criminal Syndikate of America wave.

Just wait until you see what I have in store for those two;)

Alright kids, have a good weekend, and stay safe out there in the real world........

Being Randomly Morbid

TGIF!!!!

King wanted it. Now he's got it:

Here's my submissions for the King's Royal Art Day project:

Not done yet.

Whoa, how'd that get there? That's the only pic I bothered to take all day despite being at a con. Yeah I know. Priorities right?
Anyhoo that's Frank Farrow. He's the main protagonist in first few arcs of Kansas.

It'll be similar in tone to Miller's Sin City of course but better. The fucking hack;)

Official cover to issue 1 of Kansas from Grindhorse Studios.
This comes courtesy of our cover artist Russell Moore. This guys's phenomenal guys.

Unused panel.
Worked on it for two days, but it never came out right on the printer.
So that's a big reason why we're sticking to black and white comics.

He is:)
Our main artist/co-writer/creator Chris McCoy designed it.

More to come soon folks......

"Mallah and The Brain, Mallah and the Brain....."

What it is people?

How was your weekend?

I had a damn blast at the con myself last Saturday. It's always fun to hang with friends/co-workers and talk shit about people, whilst pimping the product;)

We had a really good turn out overall, and filled up 3 pages worth of people interested in the comic.
As we all told people, god-willing, we're shooting for a release of the 1st by June.
We're supposed to have an official Facebook page up this week as well, with plenty of info, promos, and scans of the actual pages.

Basically, it makes Sin City look like Mr. Roger's Neighborhood.

Hopefully I can fix the uploading problems with Blogger, 'cause it's taking forever and a fucking day just to upload sample pics.

But for those who have a Facebook account, just message me, and I'll send you some sample art via my page.

And now, onto today's skit:

The End

Extras:

Don't you just love old, married couples?;)

"Closing time. You don't have to go home but you can't stay here."

Well..... I kinda always knew this day would come, and it sure has. It's been a hell of a ride, but it's time to for it end. Ti...
